Growing
The relationships we develop with our growers are central to the Café Bom Dia story.
In Brazil we have a history of working extensively with our network of farmers to help them improve the quality and consistency of their crops through expert advice on areas such as growing, harvesting and drying.
In other countries from which Café Bom Dia sources its coffees, we are seeking opportunities to work with small-holder cooperatives to help them develop sustainable farming practices which bring both financial and social benefits to local communities.

Roasting
Café Bom Dia is unique among coffee producers because of our emphasis on roasting at origin.
As well as ensuring the highest standards of quality, the net weight of coffee we ship is approximately 18% lower than it would be for shipments of unroasted coffee beans – helping to reduce our environmental impacts. (A minority percentage of our coffee is roasted in Medellin, Colombia and Seattle, Washington).
Expert roasters ensure the consistently high standard of our coffees; we also operate a comprehensive environmental management system (ISO 14001 and Carbon Neutral Certified) to minimize our impacts in areas from waste and packaging to energy consumption.

Our Customers
Our customers choose Café Bom Dia coffee because of its great taste, but also because they care about where their coffee comes from and how it is produced.
Our Marques de Paiva® range of gourmet coffees is all Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance or UTZ Certified, providing third-party assurance that they have been produced responsibly and sustainably.
